2009/2010 Goalie Contest Rules
The 2009/2010 Goalie Contest is now open to new participants. The final judging date hasn’t been decided upon yet but will be announced soon.
The Prize - A professionally designed, painted and signed paint job for your goalie’s mask by Mark Hart of hartdesigns.ca
- To become a participant you must be an ice hockey goalie and currently playing for a team. Any age or league is acceptable.
- Then Sign up here by leaving your name and email.
- Confirm your contestant status by following the instructions in the email that is immediately sent to your inbox.
- Once signed on and confirmed, you will receive further instructions in your email inbox.
Basically, you will be required to write one article containing paragraphs related to each of the following topics:
- Why you want a custom painted goalie mask
- What type of goalie mask art you like best and why. (ie: traditional team related or radical art)
- What team you play for and a bit about you and the team including the city and province or state names.
- Why Mark Hart is your favorite goalie mask painter.
There will be more specific details sent to your inbox but this is an overview of what you will have to submit by email. All acceptable submissions will be posted on the hartdesigns.ca blog.
The closing date to register will be announced soon.
Judging will be based on the following two criteria.
- The Hart Designs staff will award 50% credit to the contestants that they believe submitted the best article of paragraphs based on the rules so be creative.
- The other 50% will be determined by the participation of people that comment on your article. So in other words, the more people that comment on your article the better.
